iCEPS & ECER collaborates with two types of training programme which is:
1) Skill
1) Skill
- 200 students per district. The total number of participants is 1400 (B40)
- UiTM covers seven (7) districts i.e. Gua Musang, Kuala Krai, Machang, Tumpat, Pasir Mas, Setiu and Marang
2) Academic
- 200 students per district. The total number of participants is 800 (B40).
- UiTM covers four (4) districts i.e. Kuala Krai, Machang, Tumpat and Pasir Mas

"Collaboration with the empowerNCER Academic Programme has been very successful in improving the academic performance of primary and secondary school students from B40 families sitting for major examinations. "
"NCER focusses on academic training with 200 students per district. The total number of participants is 2600 (B40). "
"UiTM covers thirteen (13) areas i.e. Perlis, Langkawi, Kota Setar, Kubang Pasu, Pokok Sena, Padang Terap, Pendang, Sik, Baling, Kuala Muda, Yan, Kulim and Bandar Baharu"
